EILEEN LICHTENSTEIN, CEO, BALANCE AND POWER, INC, has been named one of the "Top 25 Advocates for the Arts"  by the Long Island Arts Council at Freeport!  

Motivational author and peak performance success and career coach Eileen Lichtenstein believes inner strength and being centered are keys to life and business management. She offers innovative training, speaking and coaching in the realm of stress and anger management/reduction, effective communication, time management-goal setting and work-life balance for individuals and groups, and has developed strategies to facilitate success.  A former biofeedback therapist and faculty at Hofstra University, Eileen has worked with the Dowling Center for Intergenerational  Policy and Practice. She is  a certified Anger Management Specialist, Career,  Life Coach and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique ) Practitioner. She has been featured extensively in print, TV and radio media. 
 
"SOAR! with Resilience" is Eileen's interactive manual that is the core material for many of her trainings and motivational read for anyone struggling to take their personal or professional life to a higher level of success and satisfaction. Eileen has created a book where she is "your"  life, parenting or transition coach - partner!
